editorial interview

i'd just finished my interview......everything went fine (except that i'm a bit of nervous and too excited XP)

firstly, thanks for : cat, aisya, ngat ming, kit yee, shu en, wei min and din (hope i didn't spell your names wrongly) for supporting me.... coz i've sort of like giving up (my parents don't allow me to join the editorial coz i'm already have 4 clubs and i stay far away from the campus...a little difficult to arrange transportation....) well, since i'm shortlisted, why not have a try? i can quit later if i realy couldn't manage my time....

well, what did they asked me? common questions la..like why did you join? do you think you are eligible? what sort of books you read? and what surprised me is that they asked whether i'm sociable enough? am i capable to interview and talk to people? what sort of work do i prefer-articles that do not need to deal with people or those which need a lot of interviews? can i communicate well? am i able to meet deadlines?

surprising huh?(i believe aisya went through that as well...) i asked andrew and leong khim...it is like they did not go through any formal interviews like aisya and i did......well, it must be the ms-jackie-effect (i'd noticed our leturers....they really have a strong radar and communication systems, any gossips can't escape from theis ears and tongues...so be careful guys....)

oh well, now i'm busy preparing my assignment for the editorial board. and please don't be selfish enough to congratulate aisya, leong khim and andrew for successfully finished the "harsh" interview!!! good luck!!!!

Another great escape~

4 FEB. First escape was dropping physics therefore didnt get much homework like the rest. Now I'm escaping from chemistry test which held on tomorrow. As I have to go for my driving test =) But anyway~ Good Luck to you guys who are going to sit for the chem test tomorrow =D And good luck for myself too~ DON'T FAIL PLEASE~ OR ELSE CANNOT FETCH GF ON THE COMING VALENTINE'S DAY =( (just joking)

LUNCH BREAK......alone?????

first time blogging during break time....haha......!!! XD ......well, just now as i finished my lunch, i met julia..she invited me to join but my stomach is way too FULL!!!!!! oh well, i had to reject her......T_T sigh........

the main thing is she asked me "why eating alone, not joining us?"....that do hurts me a bit....coz actually these days i was struggling whether should i join you monkeys for lunch or not....well, honestly, i'd used to eating alone...since kindergarten......eerrmmm....perhaps i want to concentrate in enjoying the food....and.....can't find you all monkeys to have lunch.......pretty lame excuse huh?

well i'd analysed about the pros and cons of eating alone and joining monkeys for lunch.....if i were to eat alone, maybe i get to choose what i want to eat? well, coz if i am not feeling well on that day, i can choose those that won't kill me (err....can't understand rite? very simple: i will avoid having heaty food on that day.....very fussy huh?) . besides i can finish early and do other stuffs like hanging around in i-zone and library......but as i am alone....quite boring la........but if i were to follow the bs2 monkeys, maybe i would not have that much freedom to choose my lunch, but getting together is really fun!! oh, i'm in a dilemma!!!! >.<

well, perhaps i would not be able to find the solution.....well, at least now i can get to know that ngat ming is the first one to finish his lunch and stay in the class throughout the break to do his stuffs......

Greetings, fellow bloggers...

So, since my spastic browser has finally allowed me long on, I get to contribute to this bloggermajig. Yay =D

Our class is totally cool, we have lunch together bla bla bla, (yeah, pimping out our class ;p) but seriously we practically stretched from one end of Kanteen to the other. Took us like 5 tables to fit all of us. Only ones missing were Leong Khim (I hope I spelled that right), Ming, Sean, Julia and Daniel. Still, 17 out of 22 ain't bad.

Tomorrow, as far as I know, is 'blue' day- just like today was Taylor's-shirt day. Some of us DIDN'T get the message yesterday and turned up in normal clothes (myself included) but hopefully that won't happen t'morra-
